The customer service was excellent. Everybody was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's an excellent place to stay.

It was so very peaceful. The dinner was absolutely superb in every way from presentation to delectable taste. The breakfast was without a doubt unforgettable in that the croissant just melted in your mouth, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. The staff was also so accommodating, personal touches!

We had been on a week long excursion of Ireland (Dublin, Belfast, Killarney, Cliffs of Moher) to end on a high note at the luxurious GlenLo Abbey. The location and hotel was exquisite but more importantly, the service exceeded expectations! It was a peaceful end to a very ambitious trip. My husband had a medical situation arise and the staff went above and beyond to help in every way possible. We loved our stay although most of it was spent dealing with the medical situation but each employee at the Abbey treated us with kindness and care. Thank you!
