El Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 2,8 km del Museo Japonés Ukiyo-e, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado, salón compartido y centro de... La atención y amabilidad del personal es excelente. Las instalaciones se encuentran en perfecto estado. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Cerca de la estación de Matsumoto y a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del castillo. Tiene aguas termales (onsen) disponible para hombres y mujeres (por separado). Las instalaciones del onsen son muy buenas, tienen un amplio rango de horario para acceder (se pude ingresar durante la noche) y hay helado para refrescarse. Sirven fideos soba durante la noche sin consto adicional. El desayuno es tradicional y bien servido.

El Marillen Hotel está situado justo en la pista de Nakiyama, en la montaña Happo One, y presenta una decoración de estilo austriaco con muebles de madera tallada y chimenea. Ofrece guardaesquíes. Best location if wanting to ski Happo One. Great set up with a large drying room for all of your gear. We had a wonderful time, Bernd and the Marillen team were super helpful. Generous room size and great breakfast daily with views of the mountain.

El Hakuba Alpine Hotel está situado a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de esquí Happo-One y ofrece habitaciones sencillas y baños termales al aire libre. The room is spacious and has wonderful views. Gorgeous breakfast and dinner, like we are eating at fine dining every meal. 3mins to ski shop and 4 mins to bus terminal, 5mins to Lawson. The hotel has the place to store our ski boots and boards. And of course, they have wonderful onsen, indoor and outdoor! I got there with the Tokyo airport shuttle bus, door to door, completely hassle free!

Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. From the moment we were picked up to the moment we got the bus back the hotel service was exceptional. We took the breakfast and dinner option and every day was the most comfortable experience. We were in Hakuba for skiing. There was a rental place a 5 min walk away which we were able to charge to our room (at the end of the trip they returned the gear for us) and every day when we went to ski they prepared our gear by the door for us on the way out and took us with our gear to Happo. At the end of the day they came to get us after a quick call and upon our arrival our shoes were waiting at the door for us to change into. The staff went over and above to help us with whatever we needed. Although it wasn't our first trip to Hakuba and we pretty much only went there for skiing this time, they gave us guides on what we could do in the area. They were kind and understanding, and especially sweet to our 4 y/o daughter. The included food was really good, including the kids options, and I was pleasantly surprised every evening. The room had this cozy random vibe to it with interesting furnishings and also an amazing jacuzzi in it with a view of the snow falling onto the trees outside I would highly recommend staying here - we had an amazing time.

Literally EVERYTHING about this place was fantastic! We are an American family who has taken dozens of overseas trips, and this has to be the friendliest, most professional staff we have ever encountered. The degree of ease that Ski Inn Hakuba makes for a ski/snowboard vacation cannot be overstated. Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. Book with confidence. We will absolutely be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Azumino guest house and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed retreat in the countryside. The family were helpful and generous: helping me plan my route to Kamikochi, offering a lift to the station in the early morning and providing a bike for me to go to the shop. The breakfast was superb! The bed was comfortable and the shower/ bath and toilet facilities were clean and accessible. The walk from the train station is doable, but the road is not well lit so avoid doing it in the dark.

Superb country side family house at Azumino, everything looks new and perfect, great mountain view and rice field 360 deg, incredible breakfast prepared by super friendly and helpful host, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle all available for use, host is also very helpful in planning our trip to Kurobe and Kamikochi!!
