The room was spacious, comfy beds and a TV of a really nice size. The location is pretty good as well. Even though it is in Tenmonkan, it is just outside the busy area. It is just a 1min walk to that part, and also really easy to reach from Kagoshima-chuo station. It's basically just a 15min walk, straight ahead. Although a taxi is a better option when you are with suitcases. About 1000 yen from Kagoshima Station.

The check-in process was really smooth and the staff was very helpful. What I really loved was the concept of a take-out breakfast. Some people complain that the breakfast area is small, but if you're in Kagoshima for sightseeing, chances are you leave early anyway. Grabbing a bento to make it in time for a train was a perfect option for me! In addition, it was very tasty!!

We loved the shared balcony for drinking a coffee in the morning looking out on the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and so nice to hear the sea at night.
