The team at Garden Guesthouse was extremely accomodating to my team and I. At the last minute we needed a few more rooms and every need was met. Anyone passing through should stay at least a night to experience the local hospitality and kind hearted ownership of this beautiful spot. The value just simply cannot be overstated. Cool rooms, comfy beds, hot showers, good food, good people, calm environment.

The staff were wonderful, and we must have hit a quiet time as we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very relaxing and a good stopping point on the way from Phnom Penh to Battambang. The hotel picked us up from our hotel in Phnom Penh which made the trip into the countryside easy. They also arranged our onward transport to Battambang. Nothing was too much trouble. The support this hotel and complex provides to the local community is to be commended. Excellent bathroom.

The tuktuk waiting for us at the bus station without having booked anything is a must, that is a very good idea! Rooms are simple but for the price this is enough. Our room was good, airconditioned, with a nice bathroom. We got a good breakfast, good recommendations for cafe and restaurants. The common resting places are nice and peacefull.
