It is remote but everything you need is there. The staff were wonderful, and we must have hit a quiet time as we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very relaxing and a good stopping point on the way from Phnom Penh to Battambang. The hotel picked us up from our hotel in Phnom Penh which made the trip into the countryside easy. They also arranged our onward transport to Battambang. Nothing was too much trouble. The support this hotel and complex provides to the local community is to be commended. Excellent bathroom.

The host Rotana was simply amazing, she went out her way to organise for us a fantastic train journey, and helped us in everything we wished. Thank you Rotana Also the location, was a short walk away from the center.

The team at Garden Guesthouse was extremely accomodating to my team and I. At the last minute we needed a few more rooms and every need was met. Anyone passing through should stay at least a night to experience the local hospitality and kind hearted ownership of this beautiful spot. The value just simply cannot be overstated. Cool rooms, comfy beds, hot showers, good food, good people, calm environment.

The guesthouse is really pleasant and peaceful. There are lots of plants and it's a little haven of peace. The staff are very friendly. You can discover the city (pagoda, pottery, floating villages) with the kind tuktukman (15$/day), only the boat tour is not included. You can also take breakfast at the guesthouse and you can rent bikes (1$/day).

Basic little guest house in Kampong Chhnang. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful (ordered tuk-tuk and recommended some places). Everything was as expected, just fine 👍

Well thought out hotel with a gorgeous garden, nice touches like lighting a mosquito coil outside to allow to sit outside in the evening. Bike rental. Peaceful hotel, nice breakfast options nearby and not far into town. Free pick up from the bus was a bonus. This is a nice town to visit to see a quieter side of Cambodia - the floating villages have been moved to the land but there is exploring to be done and we enjoyed cycling around - nice place to stop on the way to Phnom Penh
