The hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood. Fort Collins is very lovely and we usually only drive through to Wyoming when we go to visit our family. It was delightful to stay in such a lovely historic hotel that we could walk to shopping and food. I am sure there was much more to check out but we were there only for the night.

Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy.
Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy. They have no breakfast even though they have a digital sign outside showing a full breakfast buffet. Also they are false advertising on their website and on Booking.com
The price states breakfast included. We booked this hotel mainly for the breakfast (for 6 of us)
We unfortunately booked 2 rooms here (111 and 103) They smelled like wet dirty dog. Filth an inch high under the bed and holes in the wall. Bed linens smelled.
Area was not a very safe area and there was a lot of noise all night,.
Save your money and stay elsewhere.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Fort Collins has anything a person could want out of a big city. However, I love what's west of FtC. The mountains are calling! Hike up Horsetooth, till you get to the teeth! Then head down for brewery beer, I like Zwei brewery. Great family owned place!
Any place on College is great for food! Any!
As a disabled veteran, always feel this city is kind to me.

Fort Collins is a nightmare....unless you like parks enough to negate the insanity that is FOCO. Overpopulation, awful roads, awful construction, awful traffic, awful people who don't know how to drive in awful traffic and....see first reason again. Lol

Fort Collins is overpriced and congested.
Fort Collins is overpriced and congested. Very hard finding parking downtown as well. We ate at Rodizio Grill and it was ok but not worth $100 for the 2 of us on a Thursday night. Service was very slow, salad bar was eh and the appetizer was very bland. We stayed at the Clarion Inn and Suites just off I-25 and I'm just going to give it a big fat F. They have so much false advertising. They don't present it online as a motel and the online photos look very nice, just like the Clarion Inn we stayed at in Grand junction. The fact is its severely run down located in an area I'd never ever walk in. The hotel room was filthy and the plastic tub was broken, the bed frame was broken, the desk has a huge Crack and the lamp shades are torn. Next door the drapes are so worn and the back is peeling. When we pulled up we had to look close because it looked like a crime scene, but it was just really old dirty drapes. I have never stayed in fort collins and we were on our anniversary so needless to say, we didn't stay much time in the motel. Just to sleep.

Fort Collins is a fun town with enjoyable restaurants, bars, strolling, and shopping to fit any budget. It is close to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and if you drive for just over an hour you'll be inside Rocky Mountain National Park. Go to Horsetooth Reservoir and open space, go rafting down the nearby Cache La Poudre River, eat & drink beer at New Belgium brewing, grab coffee and breakfast at Mugs, walk through the Flower Trial Garden by CSU, pick your own berries and wildflowers at Garden Sweet!
The property is beautiful and in walking distance to down town Fort Collins in a nice neighborhood. It was comfortable with easy check in and good communication from the staff. The room was cozy and warm and we enjoyed the claw foot tub after a snowy and cold afternoon. The staff was friendly and professional and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast in the main house dinning room. Looking forward to coming again in the Spring or Summer.
The location was conveniently right off the highway. We chose to stay here so we could check out Fort Collins but also not be too far from the Denver airport for our morning flight. We loved that breakfast started at 6am so we could actually take advantage of it before leaving. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast options. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Overall a great value for the money.
The Hilton is always an exceptional place to stay at. For being my first ever time in Fort Collins, The Hilton made me feel safe and comfortable. The location is incredible. Close to everything, including CSU. The staff were really friendly. The food was amazing.
All in all, my experience was amazing and would definitely come back to stay there if I get the chance to come to Fort Collins again.
We did have breakfast the first morning. I had the eggs Benedict and my spouse had scrambled eggs, grits and bacon. Both were very good. Loved walking to all the shops and bars downtown. Even found farmers market to walk thru. Loved the hotel decor
The staff at Remington Flats was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Remington Flats is also in a great location, walking distance to CSU and quick access to other parts of Fort Collins.
The room was just as I requested. I was traveling with my elderly father and wanted a room close to him and we were given adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly! It was very clean and the breakfast was good.
Quite location, good for an evening walk. It's a drive from the old town, but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Large room, comfortable.
Very comfy beds, nice little well equipped kitchen included, nice spacious room and bathroom. It really felt like having a little apartment to yourself. Staff were also helpful and kind.
Nothing about this hotel satisfied me. I had to contact the Fort Collins Sheriffs department for their involvement in the multiple problems I had at this disgusting hotel.
