Lovely area with San Anton Gardens and the presidential gardens where you can have a snack. Valletta ( capital )and Mdina (silent city) not to far either. Craft village is up the road on the way to Mdina.

Attard is a peaceful, relaxed area, perfect if your looking for peace and quiet during your stay. There are a few local convenience stores but restaurants are further away. You can order in using Bolt or Wolt. Uber is also available for a taxi service as well as Bolt.

Attard is a quiet and romantic neighbourhood with amazing properties. You feel the grandeur of a different era. It has lots of charm and places to see. However, I did not find too many shops in the area. The restaurants are good but not impressive.

Attard is in a central position between Valetta and Mdina with regular buses to both. It is a charming village and we went to Jalies a high end coffee and light bites cafe (but does burgers, pasta too). It is walking distance frm Balzan, another lovely village, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Zmerc bar is lively and brings endless free tapas- very good value and fun!

Nice residential area, but limited bars and restaurants.
Nice residential area, but limited bars and restaurants.
We visited the San Anton Gardens, which are free. Pleasant walk, probably allow 1 hour or so.
We ate at Melita Gardens - snack menus and full menus on offer. Italian food/ sandwiches. Beers and cocktails. Nice outside area, with sunny and shaded tables.
Saracino's Cafe was a pleasant neighbourhood restaurant; good family style restaurant serving italian food. Small outside seating area, larger inside areas.
Shopping is very limited, small supermarket - Scotts - was the only one we found.

The village & architecture is beautiful and feels very safe to walk through at night. Very peaceful. Lovely walks through the San Anton Gardens adjacent to the Presidential Palace. Easy access to public transport.
The room was comfortable, housekeeping a bit erratic, TV selection poor, and the 'garden' view was over roofs and air-conditioning units with the pool visible in the distance; the hotel doesn't really have a garden.
The staff were delightful and professional, especially in the dining room; housekeeping staff seem to be overstretched. There were no staff looking after the pool, which meant that leaves accumulated in the pool and the pool area became more and more full of discarded towels and glasses etc throughout the day.
We spent 5 days in an executive room and mostly by the pool area. It was extremely relaxing and quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly. We were able to take our pet dog with us almost everywhere in the hotel. The Executive lounge was a nice bonus albeit the opening hours and variety of items should be looked at. The afternoon tea was very very good and unexpected to be honest. Overall a wonderful relaxing few days spent and would recommend this to anyone visiting our island.
Everything was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have been more genuinely helpful, the hotel, our room, the spa, and the facilities were spotless and beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the hotel very well placed to explore the island, San Anton gardens just opposite and only a short taxi ride away from most of the islands attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you!
Quite simply, your hotel's standards, your stall's complete attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile as standard made our stay with Corinthia exceptional and an amazing introduction to future stays, both to this hotel and hopefully other hotels within the Corinthia group - well done.
The charm of the hotel, and the location, far from the mass tourism and close to the airport which was just perfect to end our trip before flying back home.
We also went to the Michelin Star hotel which was a crazy good deal in terms of value for money.
The size of the pool.
The overall friendliness of the staff and the way they seemed to know you could do with a bit of help, a hint, an advice. The breakfast, the look of the outside pool, the Bahia restaurant that is located in the hotel. The easy bus connections to everywhere.
The location of the hotel is in an area nearby a park with all sorts of animals and a variety of plant life. It was the best part of our trip, waking up each morning, getting coffee, fresh pastries and wandering around the park with our little daughter,
Everything! This is one of the best, if not the best hotel in Malta. We keep coming back and it never disappoints. It's a unique and beautiful hotel, the staff is ever so courteous and knowledgeable, the food delicious and the facilities outstanding.
We had a lovely terrace view of the back of the property. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent and the staff was amazing. I would definitely return and encourage others to book your next visit to Malta with Corinthia Palace.
We stayed in an executive room and it was super spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was centrally located with good access to public transport.
Excellent hotel in a very good location next to San Anton garden and president palace. For those who don't want to be in the city center, it's a good choice. Excellent service and breakfast.
