We spent two wonderful nights at this guest house. Beatrice was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided an amazing yummy breakfast both mornings and had some great suggestions for eating and aperitif's. The location was very convenient to winery's and sightseeing. If we ever go back to Barolo, we would definitely stay here again.

This stay was my favorite of all time. This is perfect for wine lovers who come to discover Barolo. The location is wonderful with breathtaking views and only a short walking distance away from the town center of Barolo. The house is in rustic style, decorated tastefully with beautiful antique furniture. However, the best part of our stay was the owner. A kind and generous man whose estate makes the very best wine we've had in Barolo (in our opinion), and who will be happy to share his passion and endless knowledge with visitors. Thank you for everything, staying at Il Ciabot was a dream!

Barolo is a very pretty town surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. We travelled by car and it was easy to visit lots of pretty towns in this beautiful region.
Barolo offers a selection of restaurants and pizzeria offering very good food, service and of course great wines and everyone was very welcoming.

Amazing and unexpected visit to the Castle In Barolo Otherwise quite boring unless your a wine expert
Most restaurant menus serve the same food but at differing prices
Since leaving we have discovered Barolo wine much cheaper outside of Barolo village

A perfect place to stay in the Piedmont region.
A perfect place to stay in the Piedmont region. We started in Asti & then Turin. Its great to get out of the city and see "real" Italy, garnished in grapes ready to harvest. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. Barolo was a great town to be in and biking was phenomenal there.

Nice, tiny, idyllic village albeit too touristic and (consequently) overpriced wines in the several wine stores. You'll presumably get same products cheaper at your home country! Suggest to make arrangements to visit the manifold wineries instead.

Beautiful wine area, great if you like driving through vines on twisty-turny hairpin roads - we do! The Ristorante Brezza at the Hotel di Barolo is the best place to eat, with a fabulous wine list and La Cantinetta was also good. Barolo is a place to go to if you love wine, local food & vineyards. If you want nightlife and activities, you'd be better off elsewhere.

Nice village, however we liked La Morra and Monforte d'Alba a loo little more.
Prices at the wine tasting were a ribb-off, Monforte d'Alba has a similar place with reasonable tasting as well as bottle pricing.
The town Alba is also worth a visit.
This was an incredible place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay again. The hosts were so nice and incredibly helpful. A lovely welcome breakfast tray was laid out for us with some milk, juice to start the stay. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need and the standard of finish was very high. Excellent bed, excellent pillows, wonderful shower and bathroom. Everything was new and modern and the place had everything we could possibly want. The location is a 5 minute walk up to Barolo town on a lit path, it was perfect.
We enjoyed everything about our short stay at Casa Colbert. Adolfo was great with communication before we got there and ensured that we got in easily. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, clean, well equipped and convenient for everything in Barolo. We used the underground private car parking below the building. It probably was't necessary in September as there was always a free space in the car park next to the apartments, but in high season this might be a different story. Thank you Adolfo!
This holiday home is perfectly located at the edge of Barolo. The outside space is amazing, looking out over the wine fields. The home itself is much more spacious than we expected, and very clean and well equipped. Barolo is in walking distance, and several hiking trails also start here. Finally and most importantly, the hosts Francesca and Federico are amazing, making sure every need is met and ready with many excellent recommendations for sights and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!!
The house in right in the middle of the village of Barolo, the namesake of the wine of kings and king of wines. Daniela welcomed us brilliantly, giving us a lot of information on places to eat and to visit. The room was nice although some doors were a bit creaky which was sometimes unpleasant, especially at late night and very early morning. Nevertheless an amazing option to see Barolo and visit the Langhe and Roero regions, and the Piedmont in general.
Antionella actually drove us to an appointment and picked us up three hours later. I couldn’t be happier with this property, nor Antoinella. We usually stay at a hotel and not an apartment. I would definitely consider doing this again. Antoinella, I don’t speak Italian, but I hope this translates for you. You are the dearest person and we thank you so very much.
Raffaella, our hostest made all of the difference. She was really friendly and each of her suggestions was perfect for us. The location was near everything of interest (a 5 minute drive or so). The Barolo area is amazingly beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was very special. We will definitely be back!
Excellent location in the centre of the village. Very convenient for exploring the whole Barolo region. Great facilities for self catering or dining in the superb local restaurants. Good aircon throughout. The position of the apartment made the most of cooling breezes even on hot days. Separate toilet close to main bedroom was very convenient.

wow. everything!! beautiful villa, beautiful gardens, view from our balcony was stunning. Wake to the sunrise over Barolo! Location is superb. 10-15 mins drive to all the key Barolo towns. Francescas service fantastic - really helped us to find some great people and places to eat and drink great wine. Highly recommend
The location couldn't have been better. In the center of Barolo. The view from our balcony was exceptional and the host was so accommodating! Great dinner recommendations when we decided to go out! Perfect place to stay in Barolo!! The space was much larger than I would have imagined and a great open layout.
Amazing room with a large bathroom and good complimentary products.
Excellent location in the heart of Barolo.
While breakfast was regrettably not served that morning, the owner presented us with a delightful countermeasure: an exquisite bottle of Nebbiolo!! That was unexpected and a very gracious touch.
Very nice place surrounded by vineyards, a few minutes walk from Barolo village.
The owner was so kind and helpful. He offered to share with me and other hosts the story of his property, wine tasting and snaks included. I definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay in Barolo.
The place is great, the host is great. When there was sudden rain, Francesca called and asked whether we would need any help. Spacious and well decorated apartment with good vineyard view. Good kitchen facilities. Walking distance to Barolo centre.
very good location near Barolo. The house is beautiful and there is a pool outside in the garden, with view on the wine yards.
The two owners (brothers) and very helpful and they make you feel like at home.
hope to be back there soon
The rooms and property were beautiful clean and comfortable. The family was WONDERFUL! The food was incredible! Will definitely be back. One of our absolute favorite places to stay in Italy!
Breakfast is outside, looking around. The location is delightful! Barolo is stunning. We will return to Barolo Apartments next year! Gianni was caring and helpful! Nice!
Large, modern, well equipped and decorated appartement centrally located in Barolo with a private parking. Adolfo was very attentive and efficient in communication.
