Great location , very quiet as hotel is currently refurbishing its restaurant and bar . A short easy walk to beach and comfortable beach chairs were available at no charge. Staff were exceptionally friendly , helpful and courteous.

Had breakfast croissant sandwich delivered to room. Not quite hot enough but 15 seconds in microwave and it was fine. Small coffee maker in room. AC a bit noisy but there was a sign alerting guests of this abode the thermostat. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants.

Gross stains in ceiling and curtains! I have nothing nice to say! No food but one pack of crackers in snack area! The helps kid sitting on the front desk! Service was friendly and helpful. Floor was dirty, and Hotel advertised they had a pool, but they did not. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the room was mostly clean and comfortable. I loved that I was not far from the beach, and there were open restaurants that I enjoyed. It is easy to find anything you may need there, and my time at the hotel was peaceful.

I liked the cleaning staff and the location of the hotel. The front desk management need proper training in dealing with customers and different life events that may have occurred. Adjustments should be made with no problems if a person leaves early or comes late. Also it was overpriced.

The staff were all super friendly especially Nora. Gotta say to a lot of ppl near the beach weren’t very welcoming or friendly so when we went back to our hotel, it made us feel like we were home. Even the other guest were friendly. Pool was clean and never overcrowded

It was in Havelock but on the main road so it was easy getting to Morehead City and New Bern. The breakfast was good and there were good options. The beds were comfortable and I like how they labeled the soft and hard pillows.
