A modern kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a four-seater table for when you’re not dining out. Eat inside or head out to your private balcony, where you can savour your morning coffee or enjoy a laidback afternoon BBQ while taking in the city views. In the lounge area, a generous sofa and TV provide a welcoming space to unwind with a movie, with split system air-conditioning throughout and a variety of streaming services on offer so you can settle in with your favourite series. Make use of WiFi and a dedicated workspace, or take advantage of the building’s communal gym and a sprawling outdoor area complete with a pool, BBQ and dining tables surrounded by lush landscaping. Two large bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom including a queen-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows boasting views overlooking the city, while the second bedroom has two single beds, making this an ideal stay for families. You’ll find an immaculate primary ensuite in addition to the main bathroom, each with a shower and complimentary toiletries, while a washing machine and dryer are also available.

The Skyring complex is adjacent to vibrant dining and retail precinct Gasworks and a stone’s throw from Brisbane River, you’ll also be a 15-minute walk from the trendy restaurants and boutiques shops lining Fortitude Valley’s renowned James Street. A coveted parking space allows you to come and go with ease, with New Farm Park and its popular Saturday morning farmers market a five-minute drive for a relaxed morning out and about.
