It is located in the middle of the forest but only 12min away by car from the center of Rovaniemi. The chalet is beautiful and perfectly equipped for the cold days in Lapland. The fireplace and the sauna make the experience unique and cozy. The hosts at Safartica replied promptly to all our questions and check-in and check-out were very easy and accommodated to our needs (we were arriving very late and leaving very early). Overall an amazing and relaxed stay, and considering the prices of other hotels in the are, very reasonable.

Perfect location for skiing, with convenient access to airport and slopes with bus. Cross-country skiing trails run just a couple steps away. Very kind hosts, we will most definitely return!

Log Cottage in Lapland by the river ligger i Rovaniemi i Lapland, 6,1 km fra videnskabscentret Arktikum. Great location in the middle of the woods, cosy, very comfortable, sauna. Great bed. Very nice place. Nice big window with view on the forest. Very peaceful. Wish we could stay longer. Everything was perfect.

There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

The cabin was very cute and cosy. The owner was so friendly and nice! There are many activities to do around the place and you can rent the equipment like ice skates etc. for free.

Wonderful cottage situated right on the banks of the lake. The outlook was great and the cottage had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen, nice amount of space, washing machine and sauna and covered sitting space outside and no noise. Good shops are about 18 km. We loved our stay here.

Our family of five just returned from staying here and we would certainly go back again. Everything was great. The hostess was very responsive with the questions I had before we left. The host picked us up at the airport and took us to the cabin. He took the time to talk us through everything about the surrounding area and discuss the activities we had scheduled in the coming days. They made sure we had a great stay. We owe our great vacation to their personal service! The cabin was also wonderful- it had everything we needed, was clean and warm and cozy. I can't say enough good things about this place and the host and hostess. The accommodation alone was worth a great rating and if you want a personal experience and like meeting local people- this is would be an amazing choice.

Villas Karhunpesä ligger i Saariselka i Lappland, 26 km fra Ivalo, og har egen sauna samt gratis privat parkering. Space and equipments such as electric Sauna was exceptionally easy to use and make us very comfortable. Scienery from from big dining & living room was so good! Occasionally in the morning, we met reindeers around the cottage.
