I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping.
I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping. Easy to navigate the area. The Lobster Trap was the BEST! We would have eaten there the last two days of our stay but they were closed! So sad!!

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt.
The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
The staff here was very friendly. The hotel is very confusing in the way that it looks very cute and nice from the outside, and even the lobby is beautiful!!!! They clearly have spent a lot of money investing into the lobby and common spaces, as there are many taxidermy bears and moose and a beautiful antique car. The couches and tables are very stylish and great quality, so overall the first impressions are very high!! And then you get to your room and get an entirely different space.
Lovely inn and it was only a short drive from the main street of North Conway. Lots of places to eat or get coffee close by. Room was quite large, pillows were comfortable and it was lovely and warm. It had a microwave, fridge and tv. Due to staff shortages there was no housekeeping but there were plenty of towels and if more were needed you just called at reception.
The Chalets were lovely looking from the outside but in need of updating inside. if you get a room underneath the people staying above it can be very noisy. breakfast was nice but it really upsets me that so many hotels use throw away everything rather than washing up plates and cutlery etc. why put so much in landfill??
they say recyclable but is it really recycled
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in August. Our room was spacious with double bed and sofa. The small kitchen area with sink fridge and microwave was great to have. Our children loved the water park. Hotel is well positioned in close proximity to many North Conway attractions as well as shopping. Staff was attentive and helpful.
Breakfast was better than expected for this class of hotel - everything was fresh, well presented and the breakfast area was clean - very nice! This property is in an excellent location in N. Conway, NH. It is older and a little worn, but everything was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use it, but they had a nice indoor pool area.
Our stay was awesome! The owners were very friendly and served a very good breakfast. The lodge is East of north Conway and there are many roads to bypass the traffic jams downtown. We had the biggest jacuzzi at the bungalow room which was nicely decorated with an angel theme. Our schnauzer loved the place too.
The Inn and our room were beautiful. The location in North Conway was very convenient. We could walk to restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the Inn was made to order and was very yummy. Try the blueberry pancakes because they were terrific!
Conveniently located in North Conway, and helpful staff at all hours, even with stuff like forgetting toothpaste. It felt like the room was worth more than we paid. The common areas and front desk area of the Inn were so welcoming.
It was just out of North Conway which was very nice. The rooms were pretty nice and clean. There was a nice balcony looking out at a nice view. Internet was good. Breakfast was decent.
Very nice staff. Will be traveling to Fryeburg ME more frequently and will use Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites North Conway as a preferred hotel. Great hotel, staff and location.
Great central location in North Conway. Appreciate that they are pet friendly. We didn’t bring our dog but saw many and enjoyed them. That may be the thing that would bring us back
We loved the location of this wonderful Inn. So very close to the North Conway railroad. The wrap around porch was certainly used by us. Some great restaurants close by.
