Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. Loved the face they had free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby!! The rooms were stocked with anything and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. Best hotel shower I’ve ever used honestly!! Plenty of room for 4 adults (and honestly 1-2 more if need be). perfect location, close to everything in North Conway!! Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!
