The location was excellent, but it was more than I had expected to pay. Probably because of the location. The desk staff was excellent, and went out of their way to accommodate.

Raleigh was great there were ten of us total, in the Marriott, we got around town fairly easy, beautiful city, Mariott was centrally located.
Parking was not easy anywhere as it was N C State graduation, but at the hotel, it is misrepresented, we were charged $15 per day in advance and you had to pay every time you left the garage or you could not get out, I ended up paying another 46.00. The restaurants we visited were upscale and beautiful, food was great!! Breakfast at the Hotel every morning was very nice and plentiful, and a great staff. I used Booking dot com. for my reservations and have yet to get a printed-out billing, had to pay upfront in advance, but the rest of our group booked right online with the Marriot and was able to get a copy of their billing.
I don't like that part, I should have received a detailed billing.

I was only in town for a couple days for a sporting event.
I was only in town for a couple days for a sporting event. But I did get to check out downtown and eat at several good restaurants. The best was 42nd Street Oyster House. I also stopped at Ancillary Fermentation Brewery, which was unique.
Anesia at the front desk was the best part of the hotel, she was very helpful and extremely attentive to all our needs and concerns! She takes a lot of pride in her job and it showed from the first day thru our last day! She even gave me her personal number and when I contacted her when she had already clocked out for the day she quickly responded with an answer! This girl deserves all the credit!! I hope to meet up with her in our future travels just not at this hotel unfortunately! Best wishes girl you were amazing!!!!
Great location in North Raleigh, right across from Panera bread which was convenient for my late check in. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member Mariana. She provided me with information quickly and gave me a very clean spacious room.
Everything is super clean, hotel is new or renovated. WiFi is great. Continental breakfast has good coffee and more options than other places.
The area felt safe.
I loved how friendly the staff were upon arrival and throughout our stay! We were provided with complimentary, warm cookies that were so delicious! Our neighbors were quiet, which was amazing! The morning we left the hotel, we tried the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was a little pricey but still really good! My fiancé’s egg white omelet looked so good!
The location is excellent! Close to an outdoor mall and it’s central to many locations in Raleigh! the food at the bar is delicious. The rooms are big and everything is brand new. I used the computers and printers for work. Everything was very well thought of at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Loved the hotel location and that it was walking distance to the outdoor shopping. Restaurants were easily accessible and within walking distance. We were able to experience the small market that was set up on Saturday morning that had various local vendors. Easy to get to downtown Raleigh from the hotel, no more than 10-15 minutes.
Best hotel I stayed in so far in Raleigh. It is close to the highway which is very convenient. Hotel room is big and has everything you need. Staff is also very friendly. There's coffee available for the whole day and breakfast is simple but will get you through the morning.
It is a small boutique hotel in a great location in downtown Raleigh..parking is easy and no charge..you can easily walk to great places and restaurants.
While there are no amenities at the hotel, you can easily book a day at a day spa..
OVERALL WE LIKED THE HOTEL; CHECKIN STAFF DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THE BREAKFAST; MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER SIGIFICANT SAID THE BRKFST DIDNT LOOK LIKE MUCH. BUT THAT WAS OKAY WE WENT TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE WHICH WAS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL.
Josh who checked us in when we arrived super friendly and very informative on local information and downtown restaurants and entertainment. Everything was walkable and hotel and room very nice. Also parking garage right across the street.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a guest laundry which we made use of. We did not use the swimming pool but a lot of people did.
Breakfast was basic. The hotel was not far from a bus stop if you wanted to go down town.
The location is brilliant, right by the bars and restaurants, but was told to be aware of noise. I had a room that literally looked out onto the Raleigh Beer Garden and it was fine, no need for ear plugs or anything.
The convenience of location was my main reason for booking this hotel.
We were from out of town and booked during the weekend of the Raleigh Christmas Parade and wanted to be on site early as possible.
I absolutely loved the luxury quality that the hotel has & great customer service. I’m definitely booking again when I came back to the Raleigh. The hotel price was excellent as well.
did not have breakfast at Hotel....not able to book online with booking site
