Most of the front staff were good but I want to partially call out Andrew as he was excellent. He resolved our room situation immediately and courteously. Previous to this we told staff about the smell in the room but it was ignored.

    Absolute worst hotel ever stayed at.

    Absolute worst hotel ever stayed at. Sheets were dirty, hair in the blankets and the entire room smelled like an ash tray! We asked to get our money back because we could not stay there and they would not refund us awful experience!!!

    I had a very difficult time finding the hotel but once there, I loved the bed and plenty of pillows and the thick bedspread. This is the first time I can remember that I didn't have to ask for a blanket. Everything in my room was spotless and new looking. I didn't actually leave the hotel because I didn't want to leave my cat. I'm sure the trip was quite stressful for her, since she was staying in a large carrier in a strange place, so I very much appreciated the microwave and fridge.

    The facilities and parking at Venetian Gardens and Beach...

    The facilities and parking at Venetian Gardens and Beach were great. A little water standing in the grass parking area due to rain. It might could be addressed with some added fill material/dirt in the low spots. Very good lighting around the boat ramp and sidewalks!! Staff present to assist with parking in the early morning were very helpful!! Overall a very good location and experience!!!

    I previously submitted a review of the Hampton Inn in Leesburg but got it mixed up with another hotel we stayed in while on our vacation. So I'd like to correct what I wrote about the breakfast. It was a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold foods, and had a great variety to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the breakfast every morning.

    I was visiting my daughter who is a student at Beacon College. Leesburg is very relaxed. It could use a few more activities such as more music venues, more diverse restaurants, and more family friendly activities (i.e. miniature golf or amusement venues, etc.) Also more cost effective options for transportation choices from /to the Orlando Airport. I often pay more to get from Orlando to Leesburg than I do from Atlanta to Orlando. More airport shuttles that charge a reasonable fee are very much needed.

    Valerie was great! Very personable, and helped me tremendously. We were in between houses and closing on the new house took longer than expected. She made sure we were able to stay in the same room for additional 3 days, then 2 more days. So a total of 8 nights we were there. All the staff was polite and happy to help if we needed anything. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting from out of town.

    Excellent views, very clean, interior is dated but the owners tell a little history of that which I found interesting. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. If you appreciate that it was great. Something you rarely get at a hotel. Big home very roomy. Real books to read too. Not flimsy magazines with latest Hollywood gossip. Great selection too.

    What a wonderful staff at this place! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We got there running late for a wedding we were attending, and the hotel staff was so nice. The front desk clerk got out his cell phone and found the location of the church and gave us directions. So friendly and eager to help. Just a wonderful experience!
