Providing lake views and a garden, Chuzenji Pension offers accommodation in a prime location in Nikko, within a short distance of Kegon Falls, Chuzenji Lake and Chuzenji Temple. The owner gave us a syperb room with lake view. The meals are so delicious and the staffs are so welcoming.

Situated in Nikko, KINUGAWA KEISUI offers 4-star accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. The facilities are super awesome, with free laundry, free minibar (even with alcohol!) provided. Female & Male public bath did interchange each other for evening and morning session, so we can enjoy both facilities. They even have massage chairs in the public bath area for free. Sadly if there is chance to purchase milk/ yogurt after onsen, it will be perfect! The breakfast and dinner are nice too. Breakfast is semi-buffet with quite a lot of salad & drink provided. When we mentioned one of us has certain food allergy, the manager checked in details to ensure everything is alright.

Located just 2.5 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Morinouta offers accommodation in Nikko with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. As you know, these days we’re all used to self chekins/checkouts at the hotels and dealing with all other kinds of robotic services. On the contrary, we experienced an amazing service with a very personal touch at Morinouta. We found the main street location to be convenient, between bus stops 13 and 14. The lovely owner gave us an introduction tour around and prepared a lovely breakfast bag for the next morning. Our room with the view of the surrounding mountains was cozy and very warm (we really appreciated it after a whole day of November hiking), we also really enjoyed the private onsen with 24-hour access without any preliminary booking. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with a view of the beautiful garden. We’d also been offered a complimentary drive to a nearby Toshogu shrine, despite the fact it was only 20-30 min of walking. This was very nice because the morning was quite rainy. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, and definitely recommend Morinouta to people looking for a relaxing retreat after a busy city life.

Set in Nikko, 36 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine and 38 km from Tobu Nikko Station, Minshuku Fukufuji offers a bar and air conditioning. A hot spring bath is available for guests. The food was so good and served in such an extraordinary way. Like we've never experienced. Incredible! Thank you so much.

Located just 1.2 km from Kegon Falls, Yutorelo Nikko offers accommodation in Nikko with access to an open-air bath, a terrace, as well as a lift. Very nice Hotel! We stayed in the dorms and enjoyed the free coffee, snacks and drinks in the lounge area a lot! There were sofas and hammocks for everyone to relax.
