Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. Dinner and breakfast were just wonderful! The waiting staff (trainees) went the extra mile The food was extremely good My favourite hotel ever!!

The lady who runs the ryokan is very kind and helpful, always with a smile. She doesn't speak English, but magically understands any need. Very large room, very comfortable bed. Lovely place!

Jukeiso features Japanese-style rooms overlooking the majestic entrance gate (Torii) of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, only a 5-minute walk from the Unesco World Heritage Site itself. I booked this hotel for my parents. When I asked questions by email, their staff reply very quick and kind. My parents were really happy about all the service they got, enjoyed the bath, dinner and breakfast. I booked ocean view room for them, they said the view was amazing from the room, and also they could even enjoy the night view from the dinner place. Seemed like all the staff there is very kind and friendly, they felt very warm inside and they had an amazing stay.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. When I came to Iwaso it was a perfect, the staff was very kind and helpfull and the room was big and comfy. We had 2 night stay it Iwaso and we really enjoy everything there. Thank you very much will definitly be back again

Great stay in a historic building with a wonderful view from the top floor. The ryokan is very close to all the sights and is run by a lovely couple. The futons are comfortable and the private Onsen was nice. Breakfast was great, made from fresh local ingredients. Unfortunately no dinner is served on Mondays (we knew this beforehand) and because it was winter no restaurants (that we could find) were open for dinner. The local convenience store was our savior ;-) and after using the microwave at the ryokan to heat things up, we had a lovely meal in our room. If breakfast is anything to go by, we sure will have to come back sometime to try out dinner at the ryokan :-). Staying overnight is a great way to experience the island without the crowds and makes you appreciate the special place it is even more.

The traditional Japanese breakfast is a culinary experience but may not be suitable for everyone. It's 3 mins away from the Torii Gate and the Itsukushima Temple, and also from the dock. The rooms are tidy and clean.

Το Itsukushimahigashimonzen Kikugawa βρίσκεται σε Miyajima και προσφέρει καταλύματα 2 αστέρων με κήπο και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. Beautiful traditional Japanese guesthouse with 8 rooms. It is about a 5 minute walk from the boat terminal. The room was small but spacious and appointed with the usual Japanese amenities and lots of little special touches. The mattress was comfortable and thicker than a traditional futon. I recommend enjoying the sitting room at the end of the corridor on the first floor. We enjoyed a local beer that we purchased from the guesthouse in there. The host is very friendly and accommodating and provides information on the island. The breakfast was very nice Japanese style meal. It was also extremely clean - I have stayed at a lot of places and this was the cleanest by far, not a speck of dust anywhere. I highly recommend staying here.
