It also has a dining room and the bathroom is realy great. When you stay there you get the old vibes of Japan in a spotless small hotel.

Situated within the historic Higashi Chaya District, Yamanoo boasts carefully prepared traditional local Japanese delicacies. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available on site. One of the most complex and interesting food I´ve ever tried. The staff treated us as members of a royal family. The apartment was beautiful. Definitely coming back one day.

Located a 5-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Station, Ryokan Yamamuro offers Japanese-style guestrooms with free WiFi. Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle Park can both be reached with a 5-minute walk. The room was nice and traditional. A hot bath is available and can be used by couples. The host Bungo helped us book bus tickets for Shirakawago (if you want to go, book in advance) and helped call a taxi for when we left. The building and garden suffered some minor damages from the January 1st earthquake, we hope repairs go well.

Boasting a 200-year history, Motoyu Ishiya features classic architecture, an original Noh stage and a garden. Perfect slow down stop after a week travelling Japan! Traditional Japanese hospitality at its best, lovely ryonkan not far from Kanazawa. We were travelling with ouf 8 months son and the staff did a fantastic job trying to accomodate our needs. Boasting indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and a waterside Japanese garden, Matsusaki is a 20-minute drive from JR Matsuto Train Station. The crew was amazing, we felt like royalty our entire stay there! The food was delicious and adapted to our dietary restrictions. The onsen was amazing!

Offering views of the Sai River, Yuyaruru Saisai’s spacious Japanese-style rooms have an LCD TV and a private bath. So clean. Everything works and you definitely have what you need. They play a very peaceful background music which adds to the atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent.

Very comfortable ryokan in central place of Kanazawa. Large room and bathroom facilities. Amazing dinner and kind host!
