Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Amazing service, we were received with a warm welcome and complementary drink. The host was very helpful with answering all our questions. He also helped us with the takkyubin service organizing everything. The accomodation had a lot of facilities like an entertainment room with old arcade games and several private onsen bathrooms. Our room was also equipped with a private Nintendo gaming console. We loved to play the games again we used to play as a small kid :)

Oyado Yukizumi ligger i Kusatsu, 46 km från Jigokudanis appark, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. Boendet är rökfritt och ligger 14 km från Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. Everything was good. The Staff, Location, the room, the onsen, breakfast...all are wonderful. I have problem with my heavy luggage but the nice young female staff helped me. The hotel is right across Kusatsu bus terminal (less then 1 minute walk), and there is a 2-minutes-walk shortcut to Yubatake. There is a convenience store right in front and a restaurant next door. There is no shower or bathtub in the toilet in guest-room. But who needs those when you have an onsen with showering area.

Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 ligger i Takasaki, 28 km från Principe Pio köpcenter, och erbjuder boende med gratis cyklar, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en gemensam lounge. Everything - having lived in Japan for 30 years, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in.

Amazing scenery, kind staff, great room, delicious food. I will remember the view of the mountain from our own private hot spring bath for the rest of my life!

Soumeian ligger i Kusatsu, 47 km från Jigokudanis appark, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en gemensam lounge. Denna ryokan med 3 stjärnor har bagageförvaring. The real Japanese design for overall accommodation are excellent. The service of the three people ( may be the owner) are very warm and kindness.

Sekizenkan Kashotei Sanso ligger i Nakanojo, inom 49 km från Naeba skidanläggning och 36 km från Ishidan-gai Steps, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård och gratis WiFi samt gratis privat parkering för... Everything!!! Superb food, great and quiet location, excellent staff!!! There was no single thing that we wouldn’t rate AT LEAST 10/10. Greatly recommend staying more than 2 nights, so the atmosphere of the place and climate truly kicks in.

Houshi Onsen Chojukan ligger längs floden Houshi och har ett allmänt termalbad och rum i japansk stil med gratis Wi-Fi. Chojukan has excellent quality water, at perfect temperature. The outside onsen mostly operates as women-only (men only before 7 am). The rooms in the old building are small but well maintained, and the sink is inside (toilet outside). Meals are simple, executed very nicely. In sum, the waters are the main attraction.

Oyado Tamaki har varma källor både inomhus och utomhus samt en traditionell trädgård med bänkar där du kan sitta och koppla av. The kaiseki breakfast and dinner were amazing! They were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet!! All the meals were delicious and filling. The futons are super comfy to sleep on. They provided yukatas to sleep in as well, as to walk inside the ryokan and outside around town too if you choose. And the service was amazing!! One of our cousins unfortunately twisted her ankle while we were hiking in the area and they recommended a great local clinic to take her to, brought ice packs and bags and a shower chair for her to use as well. The in room massage that we booked was also great! Major props to our masseuse who got out alot of my knots. Prior to staying here, when I learned that my room was not considered a non-smoking room, I was super concerned as I have asthma and can't handle the smell of smoke. But they were able to air it out or do something as we didn't smell any smoke at all! I was super grateful and definitely relieved about this. One of the best ryokans I've stayed at and I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!! Very close to the iconic stone steps.

Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku är ett hotell i japansk stil. Här kan du bada i varma källor omgivna av vacker natur vid floden Takaragawa. Skidorten Hodaigi ligger 10 minuters bilresa bort. Our big room was really nice with beautiful views towards the open air baths, the river and forest. The outside baths were lovely! The food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly

Yamakikan ligger i Naganohara, 48 km från Principe Pio köpcenter, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. Service was impeccable, beautiful location, quiet. Perfect!
