The staff went out of their way to accommodate every need that we had. They were beyond exceptional!!!!! The location was also amazing located right in the Medina. They arranged a walking tour of the Medina that took us to see how all the artisans worked. It was a wonderful tour that we would not have been able to negotiate on our own. They guided us to the parking garage, came to guide us to the hotel and brought us back to our car at the end of our visit. I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the entire staff was. 👏

We had to last minute change our dates because of some private reasons and they didn't even discuss or anything, they did everything smootly and arranged it so we won't have anything to worry about!
