Lizanne was a super host,checking in on us daily. We would definitely love to book again.

As we arrived there were everywhere animals. It was amazing. The staff welcomed us very friendly and explained everything clearly. There is a lot to do and to see.

Cape eland, Cape mountain zebras, bontebok, Cape grysbok, grey rehbok are unmistakable. Knysna woodpecker is around the cottages.... The beach at Koppie Allen is very nice (great dolphins patrol) The local restaurant was delicious.

The resort offers a continental or Full English/Irish breakfast. At De Hoop Collection - Village Cottages you will find a restaurant serving African, American and French cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. The property was spacious, comfortably furnished for general living. Nicely situated and an easy walk to Restaurant, reception and pool. It was quiet and peaceful even though semi detached. Nice private area with BBQ outside. Very comfy beds and linen, shampoos etc. (even the bunk beds which I as an adult slept in) Would highly recommend it as a great place to stay in this exceptional nature reserve. All the staff we encountered were amazingly helpful and smiley. Thankyou!
