The resort is quite big, but not too big to get around. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Pro tip if possible. Go for a villa with your own pool. Its large and you dont want to use the other pools in the hotel! Promise! Go also for Luxury package with breakfast in the Colonial. Fewer people and less stress and you have a more vip breakfast area. Saigon bar! Loved it! Live music 2 days a week! Eat and drink on the hotel? Not so bad prices to be a 5 star on this level! Pools-in peak times get up early. Could be full. Use the beach! Its pristine! There is enough sun beds in the grounds, but if you want to stay right by the pool you might consider be there there at 8/9 o clock. Staff-great! Couldnt be better! All staff want to help all the time!

Location of buffet is easy to access and all staffs are very kind and keen to get what guest ask prior to raising hands. Both 2 rooms, one ocean view panoramic king suite and another city view, were excellent and very comfortable to stay. Services from concierge and club lounge staff far exceed our expectation and deserve very top rate compared with other 5 star or even 6 start hotels that I have been. Overall, the best!

Everything was fantastic. The reception when arriving, the staff which are so helpful And kind, the room was absolutely gorgeous. We had two celebrations (birthday And engagement) at Mia And Both celebrations were given attention to from the staff. The staff at the kidsroom, such a Nice And sweet woman looking out for the kids. The food of the restaurant is amazing (Italiaan we didnt enjoy as much). The breakfast is incredible, so Many options And only staff working with a smile on their face.
