This is a magical place. The resort is really long (compared to others at which we stayed), alongside the beach. This means you will have a feeling that you are alone on the beach, even if the hotel is full. We had an ocean front room and just 5 meters to our sunbeds under the palm trees. Let me point out there are not a lot of locals on the beach, selling stuff, so you will really have peace and quiet. You should expect though that the sea is affected by the tide, the same as it in most of places on Zanzibar (but keep that in mind). Aside from excellent position of the hotel, we would like to compliment the staff. They were so wonderful, always smiling, really made all of our wishes come true.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was cared for exceptionally by Sarah and her staff. They couldn’t have been kinder to me, I felt incredibly sad to leave. The breakfast is so wonderfully presented and tastes amazing, everything I ate during my week stay was delicious. Zen is a very special place and I can’t wait to come back and see my Zen family.

The local staff's warmth and hospitality added a personal touch to the overall atmosphere, making me feel right at home during my stay. In conclusion, my time at this hidden gem was truly an amazing experience. From the outstanding food crafted by talented chefs to the hardworking and friendly housekeeping staff, coupled with the unbeatable location and unique amenities like the infinity pool, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a perfect blend of exceptional service, breathtaking views, and memorable moments.

I adored the atmosphere, thanks to the staff. They truly made it a holiday to remember, in all possible ways!

Karibu Beach Resort er staðsett í Pongwe, nokkrum skrefum frá Pongwe-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. The breakfast was good, several choices on the menu. I wish I could have kept out of the bread bowl😋. All the meals we had there were very good and reasonably priced. The hotel and especially the staff were exceptional! They positively cater to your needs. We used the front desk for day trips and everything went very smoothly. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, our stay was fantastic!

We loved everything, from the extremely beautiful site, with very comfortable villas built directly on the beach and over the sea, the quietness and exclusivity of all the place with an immense and almost “private” beach at our feet”, the very tasteful decoration and relaxed atmosphere, the great meals in a wonderful restaurant, to the kind, friendly and joyful attitude of all the staff … the perfect environment for a unique and unforgettable holiday !

It was well maintained and exceptionally clean. The WIFI was superb. I particularly liked its family oriented and children’s friendly ambience and environment. The food was delicious, many options to choose from the menu. My children enjoyed swimming a lot as the swimming pools were so big, of different sizes and well maintained. We indeed had marvelous holiday time.

Imara Beach Resort snýr að ströndinni og býður upp á 4 stjörnu gistirými í Kiwengwa. Það er með garð, veitingastað og bar. Insta Beach Resort is located extraordinary. Away from hectic tourist spots it is like a small oasis to relax! But yet there are a few restaurants directly next to the hotel to enjoy the local food too. Breakfast was so delicious and the staff at the restaurant and bar was so helpful and nice. We enjoyed our honeymoon a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
