The staff are very nice and helpful. They let us check in early. The resort has beutiful facilities and perfect loacation. the rooms are spacious and have a private garden/balcony. There is also a play ground for kids and a tennis court.

El Caloura Hotel Resort se encuentra en una zona natural protegida de la isla de São Miguel, del archipiélago de las Azores, y cuenta con acceso directo al mar y piscinas volcánicas naturales. Fantastic hotel. It had a very tropical/exotic location vibe. Everything is clean and well maintained. They thought about sustainability - there is a reusable glass bottle in the room, shampoo and soap are in dispensers on the bathroom wall. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just beautiful.
