The property is very quiet and comfortable in a great location. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were always on time and delicious! The pool is refreshing after a long hot day in the sun and is very clean. what we liked most about the property was the staff. This resort is family owned and operated 24/7 by the mother, father and a son. They work very hard to make everyone happy and we are so appreciative of their attention to make our vacation special. They provided five star service the whole stay, we are so impressed!

When you arrive, the entrance doesn't look like much but once you go up the stairs and meet the family, you know you're in the right place. They are simply the kindest people you will meet on your journey. I loved my room. The bed was the best I've had on this trip. New, soft, and so comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfasts are insanely good. An array of home cooked and mostly coconut based dishes. I'm a fan of coconuts so this was heaven for me. They have the hookup for tuktuks around the old city and there are lots of restaurants immediately around the guesthouse.

From the minute we arrived the family were smiling and helpful & greeted us with a lovely juice. The room was exceptionally spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfy. Aircon was also great. The family seemed to go out of their way to please. Location is perfect, very quiet & just a 5 min walk to town and about 10 mins to the base of Mihithale steps leading up to the beautiful temple.
