Rosetta by Ferns in Sakleshpur is sort of a hidden gem. There are many things that they do so well without fanfare. At each meal, we were counting tables without little children! This place seems a huge hit among families with children. Traveling with our 6yo, we felt right at home. At 3.5 hours drive from Bengaluru, it’s not a tiresome drive to reach here. The lake, the huge Teatro restaurant, the coffee plantations, the birds and the trees were all pleasant surprises for us. We travel often and I’m used to mediocre staff at other places. But the staff here are fantastic. Every time we approached anyone, they were professional and took care of things. During the busy breakfast hours, one could see managers get hands on, clearing or setting the tables themselves to help guests settle down faster. This must be a great place to work for the staff. Our 6yo got to bake a pizza and cookies right in the kitchen!! And also had a art session with more than a dozen kids. The staff handle kids with aplomb. I had read praise for the food in the reviews. I was impressed despite the high expectations. I’ve written more than I intended. Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

Offering mountain views and located in Vastare, Chikmagalur Vismita County features accommodation and a garden. Few accommodation types have a Spa Bath. We stayed there for three nights, we were family with one year old ..as this was our first trip post pandemic highly concerned about sanitation.Have gone through lot of reviews before Choosing Vismita. We were extremely delighted to choose Vismita as it is exactly what it is told in reviews. 100%hygienic place and very accommodating staff . Best views n great food. my one year old had no problems eating straight out of restaurant. complimentary breakfast served is hot n fresh unlike others where food is cold n stale.. had best time at kalyani bar and the Long Island iced tea is the best I ever had.. they haven’t said no to any of our requests say it a cradle for baby.. coconut oil for the kid.. everything asked is provided.. hospitality here is the best I have ever experienced alongside with summer suits stay in kaulalumpur which i found best till date. kudos to team vismita.. may you shine bright.. definitely visiting this place in coming summer

This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. Everything was perfect. I decided to go here after reading all the amazing reviews about this place, vibe, hospitality and food. And it did not disappoint :) The deers are everywhere!! We opted to go for the bird watching activity and the guide was extremely well versed with all the birds. They also have freshly made jams and pickles for sale. I love the fact that this place felt so homely and they employ the local folk from the nearby village. If you're lucky, you might end up spotting elephants or bears.

Situated along the edge of Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary, Kaav Safari Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool. It has been artistically designed to please eyes and offers free Wi-Fi in hotel rooms. Kaav stands as one of my top travel experiences till date! Located almost in the middle of a forest of its own, Kaav offers beautifully done rooms, delicious and generous amount of food, and importantly, safaris and heaps of activities for travelers to explore local wildlife! The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is also commendable, and I appreciated Divya the manager being in touch with me a few days before my trip to help me build a great itinerary & ensuring it to execution during my stay! Kudos and thanks to everyone else for their amazing services - Vanya, Sujith, Chef Sunil and his team, and the hardworking kitchen and housekeeping staff! I see myself returning here for sure!

The Tamara Coorg is a 5-star property about 8 km from Nalkanad Palace and Thadiandamol. The property is excellent. The views all around are breathtaking. The luxury cottage room was brilliant, sizing was perfect, the balcony was excellent, the bathroom was very clean and top notch. Also, I have to highlight the exceptional customer service from the duty manager Mr. Shaji. He definitely knows how to treat the guests and always displayed highest degree of hospitality. The food was brilliant as well with enormous buffet spread.
