Our stay was simply amazing from start to end. We got a double room with balcony in the third floor. Checking in was fast and pretty easy, everything was in order and everything was crystal clear. We were actually surprised they take cleanliness very seriously and do a thorough clean every day (scrubbing floors, new sheets, new towels, new blankets). Aircon and TV work flawlessly. Breakfast was superb and quite big which I loved. There was a nice assortment of options including fruits, breakfast cereal, yogurts, beverages, soups, eggs, traditional sausages, arepas, bread… quite the assortment for real! This is a very quiet neighbourhood and it’s just a block away from the beach. There’s the Zazue mall at walking distance which has plenty of things to do and visit. The hotel even provides beach tents at a cheaper fare than the guys at the beach. You’re even welcomed to bring your own snacks and store them in your mini bar. High ceilings (which I personally love). The staff was super friendly and easy to reach at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely pleased. No hidden fees. Read some regular reviews in Google and I was quite worried but this place ended up exceeding by far any of our expectations. Best hotel stay so far. Wish we could stay longer!

Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt, direkt an Meer, nebenan Drogerie, großes Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants. Man erreicht das Zentrum der Stadt in ein paar Minuten (je nach Verkehr). Wir haben im Hotel nur gefrühstückt, man hat jeden Tag etwas anderes Angebot bekommen, sehr lecker und typisch, es hätte etwas schöner präsentiert werden aber alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt, besonders die Suppen und Obst. Der Pool ist wunderschön und groß, leider mit wenigen Schattenplätze aber sonst nichts zu bemängeln. Am Strand hat man eigenen Bereich mit Liegen und Strandhütten, sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im 3. Stock bekommen, wurde nach Wunsch an nächstem Tag gewechselt zu einem im 5. Stock (Zimmer 503), das war die Beste Entscheidung, die beste Aussicht Weltweit, wir hatten täglich der beste Sonnenuntergang der Welt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER ❤️
