Take beach shoes. The beach has dark sand that's too hot for bare feet. The room had clean sheets & towels for showers. Take your own beach towels. You can take a cooler to your room but can't take you own food or drinks to the pool.

The property is getting a bit dated.. but overall the rooms have been updated and are extremely comfortable! The food is pretty consistently good! This self-contained resort offers solo travelers (like me) couples and families a peaceful, well maintained, satisfying experience offering various activities, tours, food - drink choices, coastline, etc! The staff is very cordial and went beyond what I might normally expect (but certainly appreciated) to make my arrival, stay and departure hassle free!
