The resort structure is amazing; the junior room is already great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach area is very calm, though a bit windy in late December. The restaurants/bars are really worth the whole experience, I would come back just for that. I particularly loved how artistic the whole place was (including art workshops).

One of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to. The service, food, drinks, location, facilities and the staff were all top notch. The staff was super helpful and catered to any and all dietary needs. There are also a bunch of activities to do at the resort from jet skis, tours to isla mujeres, excursions to nearby areas. Not only that there are daily shows including water aerobics, spanish classes, pottery classes, fire shows and more. This resort also has a 5 Diamonds Rated restaurant. I would definitely come here again!

The food and the amenities were great. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as well. It was also a big plus that it was an adults-only hotel so it was very calm. The highlight was the room, the hot tub was amazing.
