Exceptional. This is the word I'd pick for our holidays in this hotel. The beach, facilities, restaurants, breakfast all of these are great. Also I'd like to especially I would like to mention the Le Morne view from the pool. We had a late evening flight back and manager let us stay for FREE in another room after our checkout. Kudos for that.

We are a young couple in our 30’s, and were supposed to stay at this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, the property contacted us 1 week before our departure, informing us there was a problem with our room and they needed to transfer us to another hotel. I cannot review our stay on that hotel, but the service from Pamela and Martine was incredibly good for searching us alternatives hotels nearby even when we declined those proposed by them. They reached out to one of the best hotels in the south and managed our transfer with transparency. We couldn’t have been more satisfied by their offer. So many thanks to the whole team.
