The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Location is perfect, very close to Almaty's Arbat, grocery supermarket on the first floor is very connivence, many restaurants and coffee shops around. A special "thanks" for the host, Elena, she met us personally and gave us a key even though we arrived at 6 am. Also, she was very very kind answering any questions we have during the stay. She did navigate us when we had medical issue, gave us good advice and helped us. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations.
