The room was decent, good sized and quiet. The entire hotel is just fantastic, it's modern, great service, amazing pool facilities. Good drinks at the pool bar, nice little beach and an amazing breakfast. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. You could literally eat there for 3 weeks in a row and have something different every single day. Grabing a plate and then sitting right next to the beach, just a fantastic start.

Fantastic pool and right on the beach. Bingo at the pool bar in the afternoons was great fun. Rooms are a little dated (hence cheaper than some other big resorts on the beach in Kuta) but clean and ours had a lovely grassed courtyard area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location 100 metres from the beach which is a surfer's dream the facilities in the hotel are excellent with a large pool and services to suit all tastes. The thing that makes this hotel so special is the staff from the manager, reception staff, restaurant and bar staff, cleaning staff, gardeners everything is no problem just ask and you will be satisfied. We had to cut our stay short by 5 days due to a sudden death back home in England and the staff dealt with us with compassion and love to arrange a new flight home. You are all a credit to the hotel, your families, friends and anyone who has the fortune to be supported by you, but most of all a credit to Yourselves. Thank You So So Much From The Bottom Of Our Hesrts. God Bless You All XXXX.
