Everything. Just amazing and it is all about the family and their attitude to their guests. You are not feeling as just another guest in a big hotel but as a special guest. The rooms are all in one floor just behind the restaurant (great food!) which is on its own beach (reminds me places I've been in Thailand). The owners are there to do everything they can to make your stay and holiday a great experience. Love this place and will come back!

Very good service, facilities and variety of food. Our suite was spacious and comfortable with an amazing sea view. The staff was excellent and they did everything to make us have a pleasant stay.

The service is fantastic from the wait staff to the housekeepers tot he front desk, everyone was so helpful and courteous. They helped us have an unbelievable vacation. The rooms had a beautiful ocean view, the food was very tasty and had diverse offerings, and the location is excellent!

The beach was very good, wide and long, on the left side of the beach you can find sandy bottom: first small stones in the water but then sand. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge as well as beach towels which you can change every 2 days in Spa center. Variety of food was good, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, rabbit, fish, seafood, also potato was everyday cooked in different ways. Good soft drinks. If you have all inclusive you can take crisps, waffles, gyros, Tai nuddels, freshly cooked pizza between lunch and dinner. To faliraki you need to travel by bus near 7 minutes or 30 minutes by walk. Bus stop is near the hotel.

Ultra friendly staff, especially George from the ouzeri restaurant , made us feel like home. The level of the food is very high, you feel like eating everyday at a fine dining restaurant . The building is impressive and well decorated. The only negative thing we can say is the parking , which is very small for this hotel and we lost much time finding a slot. Highly recommended.
