After driving through dense forest down a 4x4 track we knew we had arrived in a special place when we were given a warm welcome by the team waiting for us at the reception entrance as we drove up. We were bowled over by the beautiful setting and the luxurious but natural and understated finish of the resort. It is in harmony with the surroundings! The service was world class and even we arrived later than expected a superb lunch was served. Then we were taken to our lodgings which again left us stunned as they were so beautiful. Matthew and the team are doing a fabulous job. They stopped at nothing to make our stay very special. It was a graduation holiday for our daughter and at the first evening dinner a wonderful celebration cake was served. On our last morning we were treated to breakfast on the beach. The hosts were lovely and upgraded us to a luxury tented chalet which was very nice with comfortable beds and an ensuite kitchenette & bathroom. We booked with breakfast which was very good and had a wide selection of foods. There is also a restaurant which is open every night, however you need to let them know by 5pm if you want to eat (not necessary to pre order). There are two nice pools and lots of areas for relaxing both at the pool and around. There are generators in case of load shedding/power outages.

Kosi Bay Lodge menawarkan akomodasi di Manguzi, 6 menit berjalan kaki dari Danau Kosi, 13 km dari Manguzi Forest Reserve dan 76 km dari Ndumo Game Reserve. The staff made great effort to make our honeymoon exceptional and extra spesial. The place turned out to be better than the photographs. Food was exceptional and we loved our snorkeling experience. Everything was amazing.
