Beautiful property in a beautiful little town. Great attention to detail - the rooms, garden and decor! Drinks on the stoep in the evening, coffee in the courtyard in the morning.. loved the vibe, the art and the staff is amazing. Can’t wait to visit again.

Set in the foothills of the Elgin Valley, Trail's End features a restaurant, a bar, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, and free on site private parking. I had such a great week spending in Africas first and only bike hotel Trail‘s End! I mainly came here for mountainbiking issues and I didn’t get disappointed at all. The trails start right away and bring you to great areas with stunning views. The owners and stuff members are an amazing team, always friendly and care about your comfort. The food is delicious here. Also, the room was quite cozy and the common room is so spacious and nicely decorated that makes you feel homely. The whole atmosphere here is just perfect!

Surrounded by mountain vistas, rolling lawns and meandering streams, country-style Houw Hoek Hotel is located between the towns of Grabouw and Botrivier. Lovely old hotel with modern facilities, great bar and good restaurant. Amazing breakfast.
