Although I spent only one day there, I can confidently say that the staff there are very friendly, polite and helpful (they were ready to help me 24/7 by answering all my questions). The room was nice, with a big soft bed and good shower. Moreover, there was a beautiful swimming pool where we chilled in the evening. I really appreciated client oriented approach there ( I got a lot of information about places and food that everyone should try in Hoi An). That was nice!

The beds are really comfortable! It’s soft enough for you to sleep like a baby as well strong enough to hold your back. The facilities are good Breakfast is small and lovely, the dining area do have a great view One of the receptionists was super nice, she drew us a map with everything you need to know about the town when we checked in, must took her like 20 mins to show us around. and she kept smiling and chatting sincerely all the time, too bad I didn’t catch her name, but big thank you to this lady. She highlighted our trip and the hotel!
