Loved the laminate floors - so much cleaner than carpet. Friendly staff. Large vanity in bathroom, comfortable beds. The toiletries were better than most hotels. I also liked that the desk chair was covered in vinyl/leather so I could wipe in down as I do all surfaces when I enter a hotel room. Lovely setting. Many hot and cold breakfast options.

Also, the 24 hours gym has a few machines and dumbells, but it was enough. The front service was peaceful and pleasureble. It was my first time to get a perfect services from frontdesk. I have a will to reserve this hotel again if I have a business trip in Pittsburgh
