The lodge exceeded our expectations; it is so big and clean, and there was a coffee machine. The cabin was adorably decorated. "I loved the vintage sewing machine table!" and we got a fireplace which was a lovely addition to the cebine. The host was welcoming and friendly. They left us a little congratulations note with some chocolate. Thank you for the nice gesture.

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. good location, walking distance to heavenly village. strong wifi. provided free lip balm for us. love the design of the room, modern and bright. quiet area. although there is no free breakfast provided, there is a pantry to use which provide plates, utensil, microwave, and they also give free chocolate through out the day! best is they have smore night (free marshmallow) daily from 7pm to 9pm. my kids love it! great service from the staff too!

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. Cool rooms, especially the bunk beds for kids! The beer garden is super fun and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is enough parking inside the hotel. The sheets were great.

The room was very well designed and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge came super handy. The water pressure in the shower has to be the best I have ever experienced. The lotion and shampoo they offer is great quality. They have a very inviting lounge area and we were offered a welcome drink.
