Two young employees of the hotel even made sure that I didn't have to go to bed hungry after my already very late arrival. The receptionist went into the kitchen at 11pm to make me some toast with grilled cheese and sausage. I hadn't eaten much all day and this toasts were literally lifesavers. Breakfast was very good. The stuff solved all the problems with our room effortlessly. The room was superb, in ethnic style but warm and with all necessary facilities (heaters, kettle, fridge, bathroom, hairdryer). Great breakfast (not included but from the restaurant breakfast menu). The place was also very pleasant: funny donkeys and raccoons in the mini-zoo put the kids in awe whereas we enjoyed the calmness of the trees, yellow leaves etc (luckily it was a workday, I suppose it get crowded on weekends).

Staying here is a holiday in a house in forest... The food that I tried is very good, the borscht was so tasty that in this case I ate it without smetana as that meant being less able to taste the soup itself, whereas normally I like borscht more with smetana.

I am a journalist visiting Ukraine. Really enjoyed talking with Viktor, receptionist. He gave me excellent background on Bucha during the Russian occupation. Hotel looted along with liquor supply. He told me about getting out and going through checkpoints. He is also very personable young guy with good English skills. Hotel is very nice and has bar and restaurant with big menu. Of course at the moment it is a great value for your money, as most people are not quite ready to go on holiday in Ukraine because of the war. Probably only adventurous people or journalists.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help me. They booked a taxi for my early morning departure to the airport, they lent me a plug adaptor so I could charge my mobile, they helped me order some dinner in the restaurant as I eat vegan and wasn't sure what I could have. They made me feel safe and looked after, which was nice as Ukraine was quite daunting travelling on my own, and especially as not many people speak English.

I like the hospitality if the workers in the hotel and the facility's of the spa, specially the manager of the hotel. I did not suspect that the manager (Nataly) her self will be greeting us from outside the doors of the hotel. Also, she helped us a lot to know where to go in the city and where we can find all the activity's (she is amazing manager) the quit and security of the area is amazing as well and all the staff in the hotel are extremely helpful even if they don't know your language amazing place

I really liked this place, well located on the river, and far enough away from the city to feel like a getaway. Host is very friendly and quick to help if needed. I was able to communicate in English with ease. The cottages are spacious, and the Bana was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

I like a big room, bathroom, sleepers, TV set. The location is not bad too -- near the road but it's not noisy and the air is fresh. But the counterpane on the bed was a bit dirty and old. And one of the two chairs was unstable. :(
