Like the fact there was a washing machine available for the room, however no laundry powder provided. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very limited, and dishes were low in volume or out of food altogether. Omelette took a long time to cook, and still came out somewhat raw. Not good, but not all bad either.

Phanhin Regent Executive Residence R.1 offers accommodation just 3.3 km from 304 Industrial park. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Beautiful property and building :) Japanese owned, so the decor and restaurant food is all Japanese style. The koi pond between the lobby and the rooms is a nice touch. There is also a friendly resident cat who lounges around the establishment. Rooms are spacious & well equipped, and the breakfast buffet food is delicious (highlights: udon w/shiratake noodles & konjac jelly + seafood kare). Made use of the sauna in the morning to sweat out the travel fatigue, feeling 1000x better! Excellent price for quality! Would definitely stay again :)
