Emoyeni Gardens provides beachfront accommodation in São Tomé. This property also boasts a restaurant and a year-round outdoor pool. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.... Excellent hotel - spotlessly clean, fantastic location super close to ST city center and beaches, excellent staff, they really did everything to make you feel happy and welcome, nice new rooms with decent view and inviting chill out area with pool and palm trees. Perfect ending to our vacation and a real treat after days in places without water or electricity.

Located by the beach on Sao Tome Island in the Gulf of Guinea, Omali Lodge provides elegant rooms and free WiFi access. The employees always smiling and very polite with good recommendations. We felt really welcomed! The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast was also very good. Overall we had an amazing experience, also received an upgrade as we were on our honey moon.

Roca Santo Antonio Ecolodge is a bed and breakfast set 15 km from São Tomé. With an outdoor swimming pool, the property also features barbecue facilities. There is a restaurant. Everything was great, super friendly staff, very comfortable room, breakfast was amazing. The location is a great start to get to know the rest of the island. Has two amazing beaches nearby if you just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine, Praia das Sete Ondas and Praia Messia Alves

מלון פסטנה סאו טומה (Pestana Sao Tome) הממוקם על האי סאו טומה (São Tomé), על חוף הים, במרחק של ק"מ אחד ממרכז סאו טומה, מציע גישה לחוף פרטי, בריכת שחיה חיצונית, ספא וטרסה עם מיטות שמש. The breakfast was a buffet style and was better and with more variety than most European or American 4+ start hotels. Good quality food, good use of local foods, very attentive service. I liked how they used some of the local chocolate syrups and preserves, as well as fruits and coffee. Excellent view of the sea for a bonus! We also had shows every evening, including a local live band and a youth orchestra playing local music. Both were great! The starts of this hotel however were the staff. The front desk was efficient, they were ready for the check in, they had the bill ready for the checkout, and they were always smiling and eager to help. The bartenders and maids were also friendly and proactive, very proactive, same for the towel person at the pool. And Bruna was fantastic! she was all over the place, talking to guests and helping in any way possible from getting taxis to organizing tours, making dinner reservations at local restaurants, etc. In summary, customer service was in line with or better than most 4+ star hotels in Europe or the USA.
