Wonderful family-owned hotell that really looks after their guests. They called us to make sure we would arrive safely, telling us we could call them at any time if we had any problems. This family-run hotel is next to the Grövlan River, 2 km from Grövelfjäll Ski Resort. It offers gourmet cuisine, free Wi-Fi and a relaxation area with sauna and outside hot tub. Good breakfast but no fish and not very much fruit or vegetables. The food standard was generally good and we like being able to make a packed lunch from the breakfast table.

The staff were so kind natured, friendly, good-willed and helpful that it makes guests feel comfortable and happy. They go out of their way to ensure guests have a wonderful time in Rattvik. In addition, the 1950s American theme is unique, nostalgic and fun. Additional perks such as generous after-hours complimentary snacks. Wonderful atmosphere. Proximity to railway station and beautiful lake is perfect.

Located a 5-minute walk from Falun Central Station, this hotel is located in the same building as Falun's Tourist Information. It provides free Wi-Fi and brightly decorated rooms. This is a really nice little cosy hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, silent and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and helped us find a better parking at lower cost. Breakfast was well stocked and good variation. Very positive experience.

Overlooking Lake Siljan, this hotel is 1 km from Rättvik Train Station and the Storgatan shopping street. WiFi and parking are free. Access to a gym, hot tub and sauna is also free. The hotel overall was clean and cozy. Breakfast is really good and with rich sortiment (the scrambled eggs were especially delicious :-) ). The Easter lunch was really great with plenty of dishes one could choose from. The spa zone with jacuzzi and sauna is renowated since the last time we have been there and now it is new, clean and nice. The bed with its pillows was especially comfy. There is a TV in the room with several channels. But interestingly, we did not found a telephone (though we did not need it). The bathroom and shower were good, with plenty of different bottles for bathroom (shampoo, soap and others) :-) There are two free parking areas near the hotel. There is also not bad gym here. The reception lady was really nice and helpful. Due to her care we had fresh drinking water, candle lights and relaxing music in the spa area. Stayed at Easter (April) 2023

Dont miss the Coopermine. Guided tours down into the mine. Walk from city center trough old wooden parts of the city. Take a sneek peek into the yards. Dalarnas Museum also worth visiting. if you are learning to ski and what the convenience of a resort that has ski hire on site and ski out / in facilities this hotel is amazing , the staff are very professional and helpful , breakfast and evening meals give great options easy to move between resorts on the lifts

The crew was amazing, so kind and great hospitality. The room was nice and comforatable with amazing view. The food in the resturant of the hotel is good too. We needed to leave before the breakfest time, so they made for us very nice package with sandwiches, drinks and more.

It’s very family friendly. The kids could ride their bikes around. We stayed at the cabin with a lake view; 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean and comfortable. The best part was having a veranda right in front of the lake. The reception has a bowling alley; we had great fun.
