The check-in and check-out experiences were quick and easy. As there was no elevator, the receptionist offered to carry our luggage. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast as well. There was a good variety of croissants and pastries, cereal, and multiple options of cooked eggs (fried or various omelets). The eggs were made on the spot, which was really nice. The location is excellent, being literally across the street from the first 3 gates of the citadel. Both the citadel and the two shopping malls are well within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including bathrobes and towels for the spa. The beds were really comfortable, on the more rigid side, which was definitely a plus.

The host was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. She stayed up very late to help us deal with laundry, even after our late arrival, all the while making us feel more like family than simple customers. The host's recommendations for dining and other eatery locations were spot on. The breakfast at this location was very good. The house itself shows a lot of taste and care for the smallest details for a comfortable, even longer stay, in a great location (a ten minute pleasant walk to the third gate of the Cetate/Citadel). Thank you for everything - we will gladly return at every opportunity!

We were here only one night between our racing stages ( Gumbalkan cheap car rallye ), but everything was awesome! Great food, accommodation and place. Price for service was very good.
