Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help you with just about anything. Good breakfast available all morning. It's a short walk from the main plaza and many restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Cusco. Our room had a smart TV too which ended up being great to watch Netflix on a day where the protests/strike prevented us from continuing our travels. The perfect stay. We'd like to personally thank all of the front desks staff and especially Luis for his assistance with our changing itinerary and recommendations.
