The host provided us with a guide for hiking the india dormida, they informed us about the local situation regarding road blocks and fuelling the car and even when we forgot some shoes they phoned us.

Gave me lots of information and showed me few rooms. My room was basic but cozy and very clean. The hammocks on the second floor with the view made my stay perfect. Place to relax and enjoy some quiet time after a hike. Lots of restaurants and super markets downstairs and in front of the hotel. Nice location. Bus station.

Casa Guardia Panamá is located next to the beach in El Farallón de Chirú, 140 kms from Panamá City. At Casa Guardia you can choose between rooms, suites and the entire villa. Was an excellent place, we really enjoyed out stay. Thanks to Tony and his parents.
