We loved the pool area and also did the small hike up the hill just behind the hotel to take in the beautiful scenery. The restaurant has very good food and also the cocktails are amazing. We arrived on the bus, so we took a cab when we wanted to go into town. Would have loved to stay a bit longer and maybe splash out and book one of the poolside rooms that have hammocks and little patios. Also El Valle has plenty to do, so three nights went by too quickly!

The hosts are going the extra mile in delivering services to you. The host provided us with a guide for hiking the india dormida, they informed us about the local situation regarding road blocks and fuelling the car and even when we forgot some shoes they phoned us.

Gave me lots of information and showed me few rooms. My room was basic but cozy and very clean. The hammocks on the second floor with the view made my stay perfect. Place to relax and enjoy some quiet time after a hike. Lots of restaurants and super markets downstairs and in front of the hotel. Nice location. Bus station.
