Situated in Marahau, Ocean View Chalets is located 5 minutes' walk from the entrance to the National Park and the beach. Jared is hard working, and a wonderful host. Amazing location, quiet and a perfect place to stay when hiking Abel Tasman

Our stay at Abel Tasman Lodge was nothing short of magical. Scott, the owner, was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering valuable advice on adjusting our hiking route due to rainy weather. The lodge itself is cozy and comfortable, nestled in the stunning surroundings of Abel Tasman National Park. We were touched by Scott's hospitality and the beautiful gift he gave us as we departed. Our experience was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return to this hidden gem.

We enjoyed a fantastic four days in the apartment directly overlooking the beach. While there's much to do and see in the area, sitting on the balcony taking in the view was just as enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a great stay: easy parking, a full kitchen, laundry in the unit and the shop right downstairs. It couldn't be more convenient to walk right down the stairs and onto the water shuttles to Abel Tasman.
