Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi... Lovely property! Really comfortable beds and great amenities in the room. The decor is lovely. Nice big bath tub and shower. Two pools, a gym and a massive open space with benches and hammocks to enjoy. Very clean. Love the fridge which has free soft drinks and water for guests. Everything you need is available. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!

Staff are professional and helpful, rooms are comfortable, location is convenient to find foods and do shopping. Friday/Saturday night markets and Sunday morning market are right down stairs.

Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä huone, josta löytyy kaikki tarvittava. Huone on pienehkö, mutta erittäin hyvin huolettu. Rakennus missä hotelli sijaitsee ei vaikuta ulkoa kovin viihtyisältä, mutta kun pääset ovesta sisään, niin vaikutelma muuttuu täysin. Omistaja on erittäin avulias ja on helposti tavoitettavissa whatsapissa. Vaikuttaa siltä, että hotellin pitäminen on omistajalle sydämmen asia eikä pelkästään bisnes.
