The staff were unbelievably thoughtful and friendly, helping us find things in San Miguel and overall just being very kind. Breakfast was delicious every day. We thought it a beautiful place and we were happy to come back to it every night of our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting San Miguel!

The hotel has excellent amenities and since I was traveling with my pets, this place is perfect for them with the spacious green areas and virtually you can walk with your pets all around with no restrictions. I like the cozy atmosphere and the gardens to walk around. Very well located just 1km to the cathedral and you have many coffee shops and restaurants around. Rooms were very spacious and the terrace was very nice.

The pool was great. Clean, warm, with nice lounge chairs and palapa tables around. The room was nice although the bath fixtures were from the 70's. The restaurant by the pool was fine. They'd bring drinks and meals right to our table by the pool.
