Excellent resort, oceanfront beach, two swimming pools and one smaller for kids, excellent staff. Very clean, large spacious rooms with very good design and decoration, quality of food and varieties were excellent.

Beautiful property with new amenities, incredibly comfortable and clean. Sandunmal the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, arranging cars for transport, giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. All the staff were very helpful and the food was delicious (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner)! The property itself is on the edge of a beautiful lake which made for amazing sunset kayaking that was a great experience for the whole family. I cannot recommend this property any more, absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

The location couldn't be better; it offers access to a nearly "private" beach complete with comfortable long chairs for ultimate relaxation and sunbathing. The bed is exceptionally cozy, complemented by a mosquito net, and the bathroom provides a delightful bathing experience. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby is incredibly tranquil. In the mornings, the opportunity to witness the sunrise while spotting turtles swimming along the shoreline adds a magical touch to the experience. The breakfast spread is delightful, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, bread, and sweet potato with coconut. The staff's warmth and hospitality were evident when we arrived; they always assisted us, even greeting us with a refreshing king coconut drink. Conveniently located on the same road are numerous restaurants, just a 2-minute walk away, offering plenty of dining options for lunch and dinner. This place is a dream come true for surfing enthusiasts, with waves right in front of your room and additional surf spots just a 10-minute drive away.

Clean, modern and lovely rooms located in a beautiful garden. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the location, very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, helped us organizing anything we needed, for example massage or laundry service. The breakfast was very tasty. It was one of our best stays during our entire holiday in Sri Lanka and we were so sad to leave!

Was greeted warmly by the staff when we arrived and even had coconuts to enjoy which was wonderful - especially after roughing it the 2 days before in Yala. The room itself was lovely, clean and had a great view of the ocean. The shower was wonderful (and not just because I hadn't showered on safari). Ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Had to leave early to catch a train and the team was so helpful for us - coordinating a tuk tuk at 5am and even packing breakfast for us to enjoy on the train (and it was wonderful).

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. We arrived early and they were able to check us into our room early, which was very appreciated. The staff were always friendly and approachable! The place itself was beautiful. The beach the hotel is situated was quiet, relaxing and just beautiful. We were very content staying at the place most of the day on the day beds and bean bags supplied. The room was just metres away from the shore and was great. We stayed on the bottom level, which had a little courtyard, seating outside. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the shower the best one we had in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of different options. We are vegetarian so we took advantage of eating at the place many times - all delicious. It was a short walk/tuk tuk into town but loved it was a bit away as it made it that more relaxing. We honestly can't fault anything here - we can't wait to hopefully come back one day. It was the perfect place to finish our holiday.

BeachMirissa Hotel is located with a private beach area and outdoor infinity swimming pool with deck. It is located 2 km from the Mirissa town and 5.3 km from Weligama bay beach. Free WiFi is offered.... The rooms are very big, cleaned every day, and the ocean view is exactly what should be. But the best thing about the stay was meeting the owners who are amazing people.
